We offer 3 levels of IT Support, these are "onsite", "remote" and "drop off and collect".Here's how they work and prices.

Onsite

For £25 per hour, we will attend your site to resolve any issues you may need looking into.

Remote

Using Cisco WebEx we can control your PC, where ever you are in the world as long as you have a internet connection.

If you choose the remore support option, you have complete control over the connection. We email you a small application which when you run connects your pc to us. During our connection there is a "messenger" style chat facilaty through which we can communicate and you can terminate the session at any point if you feel uncomfortable.
